MORE TIPS
Experience has shown that 99.9999% of problems with logins is just a simple typo. Before asking for help, look closely at your login to make sure it is typed correctly. A "typo" would include using the wrong uPpEr or LoWeR case on one or more character. UNIX is case sensitive and in contrast, Windows is not. We use UNIX.

If you have found you have made a typo, you may need to clear out the login box completely and re-enter your login from scratch.
