I am looking for materials to waterproof a GPS antenna for an underwater robot that can be submerged to depths greater than 500m. Does anyone know of any polymers (e.g. silicon-based epoxy) that can be used to shroud the antenna and protect it at depth, but still permit GPS signals to be read while the robot is on the surface of the ocean?
