If you are using this for transmitting, a $:1 balun can be made with a half-wave section of transmission line. See the Amateur Radio Handbook or the ARRL Antenna Book for details.
For receiving or low power transmitting, take a look at the Radio Shack 300 ohm to 75 ohm adapter they sell for TV use. I don't know what its upper frequency range might be, but they'r only a couple of dollars so you won't be out much if it doesn't work!
