I am afraid that you are living in an RF can. There is no hf antenna that you can use from inside a mobile home. I used to live in one. You are going to need some sort of disguised antenna on the OUTSIDE of the mobile home. No way around it that is for sure. If you look in the Shopping Shack you will find a book on this subject by Igor RK3ZK. There are others also on the market.
