Quick question are you useing a external watt meter and if you are i would first spray the transmit relay with contact cleaner. The only thing that gets bad on any electronic equipment like amps and radios from sitting are relays because the contacts are made of silver or brass and they oxidize any house contains moisture. Let me know how you make out if this doe's not work than it's time to trouble shoot the radio. good luck jack
