You can buy a commercial FM antenna at Radio Shack and other similar places. Also you will need a tv type mast to hold the antenna up and some way to point the antenna at the station. I can only offer this generalization as I do not know where you live or the surrounding terrain. This will also affect the received signal. Flat costal plains or other similar locations are not too difficult to receive signals from the range you are talking about. Mountains and hilly areas are going to be more difficult if you are unfortunate and live in a valley.
