Dear readers, I need some information or sources to find some information about mismatched transmission line transformers. How does a transmission line transformer behave if this device is NOT properly matched with a (real!) resistor of the specified value. What happens? What do I have to expect due to high power applications. The mismatch I think of, is a VSWR of 3:1 with any possible phase, not more, over a wide frequency range of 3:1. Who knows a source of information in the web or has some experiences? My request is a little bit urgent, because it is for my QRL and I am one of the few people to fix it up again.
