Paul, A less then academic question - how did you get A Super-C? Build from pictures, or are you testing for GAP? From these answers can you possibly let us in on how to also get a Super-C? I have no problem building matching networks but playing with metal is a pain (even cardboard/foil). I run a GAP Challenger right now and the townhouse "committee for good taste" has given it the evil eye. The attic photos from GAP show it will easily fit in my attic.
Thus the interest in the performance - is this, and a CFA, just a little bit better than a well constructed loop of say 3 meters? If equal to, or better than, my Challenger GAP then great. If not, then I try to snow the committee with FCC federal license jargon which has worked so far.
