Our CFA (I1HQP and me) has now 100 KHz of bandwidth on 80 meter ! We got this result just adding some conical section on the E cylinder, in this way we pass from 26 KHz of bandwidth to 100 KHz ( @vswr=2). Moreover rebuilding the coil to the E plate with a tick wire completely solved the losses in that inductor. Of course we maintained the inductance at the design value.
We already have done nice qso across Europe.
