Paul, sorry for late reply but I had to travel this week-end. What I call the cylinder is in fact the patent's generator and the dish is the patent's collector. My cylinder is a coffe can where only one flat circle (the bottom) has been removed. The top one is there so it looks exactly as the patent. When I talk about ground reference I mean the 1 by 1 meter flat surface of Antennex's CFA and the dish in case of patent 5796369.
This week I'll continue my tests hoping that the weather will permit some outside test.
