Jim, I tapped L1 UP 12 turns from the L3-coax center conductor connection. The incuctance of L1 came out 10.5uh measured on a "Z" meter (20 turns #14 on T130-2). Runs 100w with no problem. Halving the inductors L2, L3 loads and works on 40m with no modification to L1. suggestions: OK to run initial tests in shack to see if it will tune, but put it outside to get signal reports and run power. When I load mine inside, the field is so intense it sets off my security system and wreaks havoc with most all electronic. 73 GARY N4AST
