UMIST is the first institution (I think) to use HFSS to model DRAs (from 1995). You may search the work by G Drossos, Z Wu UMIST has published over 30 papers on DRAs, both CDRAs and RDRAs There is also a book published on DRAs (edited by KM Luk) Z Wu, EE&E, UMIST, Manchester UK
