Bill - You know Maxwell's equation, the one which says curl H = dD/dt + J ? well, you are trying to get rid of the displacement current, which is in the first term on the r.h.s. On the other hand, Kabbary is trying to ditch the electric current J, the second term. . . . There's a symmetry there, but I think Maxwell will win in the end . . . best regards, Alan
