Dear Bill, thanks for your reply. This will be my last contribution to this discussion.. I swear I won't bore the "audience" any longer. Let me sum up: 1) I already proven mathematically in my very first comment that if Displacement Current does not exist (i.e. you remove, zero, kill, obliterate, etc. the corresponding term in the set of Maxwell equations) then electromagnetic waves do not propagate. I feel I have nothing to add on this respect. 2) My conclusions do NOT imply that displacement current IS radiating by itself... we all know that the only (currently) ACTUAL sources of radiation are accellerated electical charges.
