Bill - I think the answer is no. Antennas are analysed by the standard classical EM theory, of which displacement current is part and parcel. If you look at codes like NEC they use EM theory to arrive at particular numerical solutions for given antennas, and although they do no overtly state that displacement current is used, they definitely DO use it because without displacement current the whole theory would not exist. . . . I agree with Michele that if you take away displacement current you would have a big problem explaining how radio waves propagate, and the existing explanation has been checked against experimental results over about 100 years . . .
