Dear Mr. Miller:

Since , charging D.C.current is passing to charge the d.c. capacitor , sure this current is not conduction current passing in the dielectric material between the capacitor plates , but it is displacement current which passing through the capacitor till it completely charged. This is consistent with our previous work that the displacement current exists in D.C circuits .
