I published an article on the use of TiO2 about 1-1/2 years ago in ANTENNEX. TiO2 is ver inexpensive if a commercial grade is used. This grade is used in paint and plastic. It is sold under the name TRONOX. It is sold worlwide by Kerr-McGee Chemical LLC.
