That's a fair amount of power. It will depend on what frequency accuracy you need, there are probably magnetrons available if you want to generate the power directly. Try ex-military surplus depots or a good secondhand radio shop - the type that's getting all to rare these days sadly.

Check out http://www.g3wdg.free-online.co.uk/ There is an article about amateur radio operation on K-band where they used travelling wave tube amplifiers to generate 80 watts.
