That's a rather open ended question. There are several criteria that you will need to think about.

1) How much power do you need? 2) Will you be modulating the signal? 3) Is there a limit on the supply current? 4) What is the available voltage supply?

However, somewhere around this frequency there is a police band in the UK used for radar speed traps and the main oscillator is housed in a hand-held 'gun' so the nominal answer to your question is probably "pretty small".
